We welcome you to this luxury apartment in the L'Orsière residence. Located in the heart of the resort but in a particularly quiet street, you can leave and return on skis.
This apartment, designed for 4 people, was completely renovated in 2021. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a flat screen TV; a kitchen-dining room; a lounge area with a flat screen TV. A bathroom with a large shower, a towel dryer and separate WC.
Maximum comfort is guaranteed with latest generation underfloor heating and free wifi.

Rated 4 gold flakes by the tourist office.

Housing
The apartment, located on the 1st floor of the L'Orsière residence, allows direct access to the slopes with a departure and return ski in ski out, via the ski room of the residence. It is equipped with a closed ski locker (shoes and skis are not allowed in the apartment).

It includes :

Two rooms:
A parental bedroom with a double bed of 140cm and a child's bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 80cm.
All bedding is completely new and equipped with quality mattresses.

A lounge area:
Equipped with a large sofa and a flat screen TV with a large number of channels. You also have wifi with private broadband internet access.

A kitchen - dining area:
Very bright with its bay window, it opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs.
It includes:
A dining area for 4 people
Numerous equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso-type capsule coffee machine, Combined microwave with double grill, ceramic hob, raclette, fondue, toaster, kettle ...

A bathroom:
Equipped with a large shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer ....

The stay includes the following services:

- cleaning at the end of the stay

- Beds made on arrival

The keys will be handed over by a service provider that you can also contact for any emergency.
Arrivals are from 5:00 p.m. and departures at 9:00 a.m. maximum.

The station is semi-pedestrianized, parking is compulsory. Reservations are made on the site https://www.valthoparc.fr (PO or P1)

Pets are not admitted.
